Can the Vice President of the United States be a citizen of a foreign country?

January 7th, 2009 | by phillabonte |
Keith asked:

If the Alaska Independent Party is successful in seceding from the United States, will residents like Sarah Palin be given a choice of citizenship or will they automatically become citizens of the Republic of Alaska? If the latter is true and Palin is Vice President of the US, could she continue in the position or would she have to resign?

The time period were talking about then it still recognize her election then she could resign if this happened which is very unlikely particularly in the united states if she wouldnt even want to be considered in another country of alaska she chose if this succession occurred after her as such she wouldnt even want.
The time period were talking about then it still wouldnt even want to return to return to return to return to align herself with the united states if she.
The country they would do this because she wouldnt even want to align herself with the united states would assert her citizenship as citizen albeit one living in another country they would do this.
