can a president fire a vice president without a majority vote of shareholders?
February 27th, 2009can a president of a company board fire a vice president without a shareholder vote? this is for a project in school. the president fired the vice president but i thought they had to be fired by shareholders
if the answer is no, is there any case this can happen(other then the president has majority shares!)?
so when the president fires the vice president, is he still a director?
also what is the president and the vice president duties in the company?
